Excel FCU will never ask you for your online banking information, pin number(s), or password(s). Beware of fraudsters posing as Excel FCU via text, email or phone. Do not hesitate to call the credit union directly if you have questionable requests for information.

Mobile Banking

Access our mobile banking application by keying the EXCEL website address into the browser window of your web-enabled cell phone. The system is designed to recognize when you’re connecting via a mobile phone and will automatically direct you to a mini-version of our NetBranch Online Banking site. Logon using the same information (account number and password) you currently use to access NetBranch, our online banking service, or MoneyLine, our 24-hour automated phone service.

With our mobile banking application, you can check balances while you’re waiting in line at the grocery store, make a car payment while watching a soccer game, or even transfer funds between accounts to ensure you have enough money to cover that next purchase.

With EXCEL, it’s anytime, anywhere banking!

If you’ve never used NetBranch, you can get started immediately if you have your account number and password. If you don’t have a password, submit an online Password Request and we’ll contact you by the next business day with that information. You can also contact member services at 770-441-9235 or 1-888-441-9235 between the hours of 9AM – 4PM, Monday through Friday, (excluding published holidays) and we’ll help get you started right away.

Remember, your cell phone will need to be web-enabled and web service fees from your service provider may apply.
